Thank you for shopping with All Things Scrubs. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This policy outlines the process for returns and exchanges.
If you need to return any item(s), please email us at info@allthingsscrubs.com first to discuss any returns. If your return is approved all customers are responsible for paying return shipping cost to send your item(s) back to us. All Things Scrubs will only pay for shipping if we send you the incorrect size, color, or damaged during the shipping process. No Exceptions!
1. Returns:

You have 10 business days to return your purchased item(s) from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the following condition…
- Unworn with tag(s) intact and in the original manufacture packaging as the customer received.
- Unwashed
- Smoke, stain, odor free.
- Free of animal hair, “No exceptions"
- With a return purchase there is a 20% restocking fee!
- Any item(s) returned without first notifying All Things Scrubs will automatically be returned to the customer.
2. Non-Returnable Items:

- Compression hose (socks)
- Surgical Bonnets
- Hats
3. Exchanges:
- Note that we do not offer exchanges. You may return your purchased unwanted item(s), and follow our return process, to place a new order for your choice with your shop credit.
4. Shop Credit:

All Things Scrubs does not offer refunds on purchased unwanted items. Instead, All Things Scrubs offers a full online store credit which means you will receive a full online store credit of total amount spent with us to use at your convenience with no expiration date. We here at allthingsscrubs.com appreciate your understanding.
5. Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs on returning purchased unwanted item(s).
6. Canceled Orders:
Once an order is placed at allthingsscrubs.com the customer has 48 hours to cancel order. Please contact us at info@allthingsscrubs.com with “Canceled order" in the subject line. If customer wishes to cancel placed order beyond 48 hours there is a 20% restocking fee as order is already pulled (unless on backorder/ out of stock) and getting prepared for shipment.

Back Order Policy:
At All Things Scrubs, we strive to maintain a comprehensive inventory of medical apparel and accessories to fulfill our customers' orders promptly. However, there may be instances where certain items are temporarily out of stock or scheduled for future shipping due to high demand or supplier constraints.
NOTE: Due to current U.S Trade policy some brands may be on back order. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
Backorder Items:
If an item in your order is on backorder, we will promptly notify you of the delay and provide an estimated restock date. Once the item is back in stock, we will ship it to you at no additional cost. please check your spam folder.
Future Shipping Items:
Items marked for future shipping are those that's currently unavailable but expected to be restocked within a specified timeframe. We will indicate the scheduled shipping date for these items at the time of purchase.
Order Consolidation:
If your order contains both in-stock items and backorder or future shipping items, we may hold the entire order until all items are available to ship together. Alternatively, we may choose to split the order and ship in-stock items immediately, followed by backordered or future shipping items once available. We will contact via call or email, most cases both.
Cancellation Option:
If you prefer not to wait for backorder or future shipping items, you have the option to cancel those items from your order. Please contact us at
info@allthingsscrubs.com in the next 24 hour time frame of placing your order to request a cancellation.
Communication and Updates:
We will inform you of any changes to the status of backordered or future shipping items via email. You can also track the status of your order online through your account dashboard.
