Shipping policy

Order Processing:

  • Orders are "processed" within 1-3 business days.
  • Once orders are "processed", orders arrive at destination within next 7-15 business days.

  • Flat rate of $11.99 (United States only)
  • Free Shipping on orders $75+

 

Delivery Area:

  • We currently ship to the United States only.

 

Tracking: 

  • Tracking information will be provided once customer order ships.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • Please contact us at info@allthingsscrubs.com within 7 days of expected delivery.
  • With a lost or damaged package situation we do a full investigation.

 

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we are not responsible for delays due to incorrect address provided by customer.
